We ship to USPS-verified addresses in all fifty US states, as well as verified addresses in US territories
When an order is placed on our website, you can expect the order to process within 1-2 business days. After your order ships, most orders are received within 4-7 business days.
A valid tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it is created. You can also login to your account to see your tracking information.
We currently only ship to the United States. but we hope to open up deliveries to more international locations in the future.

Order Status
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order only If your order has not been shipped. No order is deemed canceled until you receive an email from laufnature.com confirming that your order has been canceled.
Sales Tax
Lauf Nature is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of California. All other orders will not require collection of sales tax
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email. A replacement item will be shipped out immediately upon return of the damaged or defective item. info@laufnature.com
Return to Sender
Packages that are processed by the carrier as returned to sender will be processed as a return. Shipping costs are not refunded. Any additional shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How do I return an item?
Making a return at laufnature.com is easy. Please email us at info@laufnature.com within 30 days of receiving the product and we will send return instructions.
Please note, as our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
